So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Core: Swift
Subcore: Nature
Weakness: Time

Right. Let's do this.

Gagaku steps forwards and lets out a mighty roar that echoes across the field. Green soundwaves emit from the tiger robot, stopping a short distance in front of him. As the soundwaves stop, they come to merge together into a green portal.

You guys wait for the signal; Hopefully, this won't take too long.

With Gagaku leading the way, Disarge and the others enter through the portal.

Silence fills the room for roughly half an hour... Until suddenly, everyone receives a random text message.

Go time.

Dord also gets a text.

Thanks for the incorrect password, know-it-all.

Black WarGreymon: Alright, let do this.

Black WarGreymon runs towards the portal

Princess Daisy: Hey, wait for us!

Daisy runs too, along with the others

Sarah Oasis: I hope everyone will be okay.

She carries the lamp

Sarah Oasis: (I just hope that my powers don't get out of control.)

She follows the others

As everyone enters through the portal, they find themselves in an empty Wily Castle hallway. The maps seem to be pointing them down the hall and down the stairs on their right.

...For the sake of speeding things along (I've already built up on this intro too long already), let's just skip to the part where they reach the archives.

There are files upon files of blueprints, so many that they seem to tower on forever...

...Thankfully, it's all labeled in alphabetical order, and the "Ns" cabinet are located at the floor level.

...But just before anyone could grab them, something appears behind them. ...Or should I say someONE?

INTRUDERS DETECTED. ENGAGING IN COMBAT MODE.

...No, wait. "Thing" is definitely the correct choice here.

RAID BEGIN!

(...Since it took so long to actually START the raid, I'm gonna let people take double turns for this first round, just to make up for it.)

Okay hopefully I'm still allowed to buy stuff before I actually start participating in the raid. If so, I'm gonna buy 3 Coupon Booklets, (3 Crown Coins) 3 Gym Memberships, (3 Crown Coins) a Nitron P Link, (1 Crown Coin) A Quartet Link, (1 Crown Coin) 4 E-Tanks, (400 Zenny) a Target Module (250 Zenny) which is getting equipped to shi-Rou, 3 Weapon Slots, (1225 Zenny) and 2 Upgrade Abilities. (750 Zenny)

Hellion Lady ends up learning Nightmare Blade, Dark Pentagram, Vile Rebirth, and Umbral Crusher!

Nightmare Blade | Flame/Cutter Type
56 Power | 92% Accuracy | 8 WE
Effect: Raises the user's Attack by 2 stages, and by another stage if the target is weak against Empty.

Dark Pentagram | Shadow Type
8 WE
Effect: For 5 turns, all of the user's moves that have Shadow as one of their types will ignore resistances, and said moves will always crit.

Vile Rebirth | Damage/Energy Type
7 WE
Effect: Sacrifices 20% of the user's health to mark an ally for rebirth. The next time a marked ally recovers from being disabled, their stats are raised by 1 stage, and the amount of health the user sacrificed is used as a buffer that takes damage instead of the ally's Health until the buffer reaches 0.

Umbral Crusher | Shadow/Impact Type
54 Power | 84% Accuracy | 8 WE
Description: The user summons a massive, shadowy warhammer and attacks the target with it.
Effect: Ignores and destroys the target's Shields and Reflectors upon hit. In fact, this ability's damage is multiplied by 1.3 for each Shield and/or Reflector the target has active.

After that, Abyssal Twister and Argent Inferno are upgraded to Abyssal Twister+ and Argent Inferno+, respectively!

Abyssal Twister+
Accuracy: 95% > 100%
Effect: 25% chance to Blind the target for 3 turns. Auto-Crits every time it inflicts Blindness, and always inflicts Blindness every time it lands a critical.

Argent Inferno+
Power: 55 > 80
Effect: Inflicts Ablaze for 5 turns unless the target is Flame-type and/or has an Affinity to Flame. Goes last, and always misses if the user is Blinded and/or the target is hiding behind an obstacle such as a Super Block or an Ice Wall.

Also, I'm gonna unequip the Fortune Module, that's been equipped to ALL my characters for some reason, buy a second Fortune Module, (250 Zenny) equip the first and second Fortune Modules to Hellion Lady and shi-Rou, respectively, and buy a Team Baton, (3 Crown Coins) that way I can use both Hellion Lady and shi-Rou in the raid at the same time.

Before / After Shopping
Zenny: 9546 / 6671
Crown Coins: 19 / 8

Speaking of shi-Rou, it's about time I filled up two of those unused moveslots I have for him.

remnant dome | Experience/Shield Type
12 WE
Description: The user shrouds themself in a massive, defensive orb of Remnant.
Effect: For 5 turns, the user takes half damage from all attacks, and ailments only connect half as often when targeting them. Upon use, this goes on cooldown for 3 turns. If the barrier's already up when this is used, this doesn't consume any actions and the barrier's duration is extended by 4 turns.

remnant recalibration | Experience/Attack Type
9 WE
Effect: For 5 turns, the user's Experience-type attacks have 25% more accuracy. Any percentage beyond 100% is converted into crit rate.

Now then, let's hope this works.

If I did end up purchasing all that stuff, the Team Baton activates, allowing Hellion Lady to teleport shi-Rou onto the battlefield! Hellion Lady then uses Memento, and drinks an E-Tank immediately afterward! shi-Rou then uses remnant recalibration followed by remnant repeater!

If none of that happens though Hellion Lady just uses Buster Shot twice.

bet you were expecting cloud T and BnD?

WRONGAMUNDO KID.

Brickell comes bursting into the room! Firing off a monkey pirates + energizer combo!

Behind her ride in Kris, berdly and Noelle, launching a pirouette, X slash, tornado shot and neon halberd blast, and a sleep mist and ice shock! Noelle clutches a piece of paper titled "skills semantics"

Delta warriors: when unit goes into battle,2 out of Kris,Susie, ralsei,Noelle and berdly can become active aswell, but at the cost of only 1/3rd of their total move slots being active during the battle, likewise, if any of the three party members are K.o'd they stay K.O'd until the entire party is knocked out. Likewise, one of the members can choose to enter the battle solo, working as a normal fighter with a full novelist and K.O mechanics

Right as Weapons Archive MKII spots them, Brickell crashes in with her ship, and for whatever reason, water proceeds to flood the room! The water is just enough that the ship is able to sail, but somehow shallow enough so that it has no noticeable effect on the mobility of everyone else. (Thankfully, the blueprint cabinets are all watertight, so the object you’re after has not been waterlogged.)

As the ship crashes in, Berdly does what he would call a “pro gamer move”, striking WepArc with 4 Tornado Shots for 125 damage total, before striking with his Neon Halberd for 76 more!

Probably wanting something like this to happen the moment he stepped foot in the castle, Dord surrounds himself in a Mach Bumper before unleashing a heavy dose of Hadal Smoker on WeapArc, with all 8 vents greatly damaging the machine for 3150 damage! As the WepArc recovers from the attack, sparks fly slightly. (Water weakness found, multiplier x3)
Meanwhile in the security room, an alarm goes off.

The alarm went off! What’s going on!?
I’m trying, alright!? Just plug me in!

Reggae hurriedly plugs in a USB cord into one of the computers, then plugs the other end into a USB slot on the back of Gagaku’s neck. A single moment later, the projection of the Wily AI disappears before reappearing on the computer screen. The alarm is then silenced.

There. Without that security code, I won’t be able to do much else, and even what I’m doing now is only temporary. But at least at this rate, we shouldn’t have to worry about anything for now.
Other than the fact that it happened to begin with. Did they get spotted somehow...?
That’d be impossible! Nobody else is allowed into the archives unless it’s an emergency, or they have my real self’s permission! The only exception would be-

Suddenly, the Wily AI grimaces.

...Oh no.
Raid Boss mechanic: The Alert Meter

The Alert Meter is essentially a scale of how aware other robots in the castle are aware of your presence: The higher the meter is, the greater chance there is for an enemy to spawn, acting like a summon with its level equal to that of the current multiplier. And should the meter run too high, it may even cause Robot Masters and other Fortress Bosses to hop in, with stats less equal to enemies... and more equal to player characters.

The Alert Meter will be raised and lowered by certain actions from both players and the raid boss itself; These will not be known until they first happen. You’ll have to pay attention to its page on the Character’s List for more information.

Thankfully, this is where the Assists come in; Your current assist is Gagaku and the Wily AI, who will be ensuring that the meter cannot be raised; Only lowered. However, this, and all other effects, will only last for 3 turns, and CANNOT be extended when reaching other even-numbered multipliers. More information on what the assists will do when activated will be on the AM page, too.
...REPLICATION COMPLETE. DATA FOR “Hadal Smoker” HAS BEEN STORED.

After having copied the Hadal Smoker with its Hyper Data Replication, WepArc proceeds to project an image of Block Man from a built-in projector before Block Dropping on the group! Brick blocks proceed to drop down onto Joker, Dord, Brickell, and Kris for 64, 8, 20, and 32 damage, respectively.

WepArc looks over to Joker.

...CURRENTLY CANNOT REPLICATE DATA OF UNIT “Joker”.*

It then looks over to Dord again before activating its Replication skill!

...DATA FOR “Hadal Smoker” ALREADY REPLICATED. DATA FOR “Mach Bumper” WILL BE REPLICATED INSTEAD.

As it replicates the Mach Bumper, WepArc looks around the room.

...THREAT LEVEL OF INTRUDERS QUICKLY INCREASED TO: SIGNIFICANT. ADDITIONAL AP REQUIRED.

It then projects the image of Dord himself, before unleashing the copied Hadal Smoker, as vents begin to strike shi-Rou (399 damage), Hellion Lady (437 damage), Daisy (153 damage), Kris (32 damage), Stache (108 damage), Joker (255 damage), and Doc Elite (120 damage), with shi-Rou just barely holding on, Dord avoiding one of the vents, and Hellion Lady downed. For some reason, disabling just one of them makes WepArc view the group as slightly less of a threat...

Dancing dizzily from being clonked on the head by a block of bricks, Kris Pirouettes, somehow causing the Bound effect to occur. Taking the opportunity, they proceed to X-Slash WepArc for 34 damage!

Following Kris’ lead, Noelle casts a Sleep Mist, lowering WepArc’s Attack and Tiring them! The mist also seems to fog up the nearby security cameras as Noelle follows up with an Ice Shock, chilling WepArc for 50 damage!

As an attack Doc Essence fills the room, Doc Elite unleashes a Dark Assault barrage upon WepArc for a total of 125 damage! Firing alongside him is Stache, who tries PK Freezehex Ω, chilling WepArc even further for 14 damage!

Despite the tiredness and mist, WepArc manages to narrowly dodge a Daisy Tackle from the princess, who then proceeds to follow up with a Crystal Smash, dealing 7 damage!

Meanwhile, Hellion Lady manages to make a quick recovery, only to endanger herself once more by sacrificing most of her HP to inflict a Memento on WepArc, further decreasing its Attack debuff down to a full 5 stages! At the same time, shi-Rou activates his remnant recalibration before firing away with his remnant repeater, hitting 15 shots for a total of 67 damage!

As Joker activates Arsen, he pulls out the Kids Toy of Trio, which turns out to be one of those “launcher” kind of toys where Trio’s arm is the launcher, and there is a Jevil Head accessory that is used as the ammo, mimicking the Jevil Toss. Flinging the small toy head at WepArc, it ends up surprisingly effective as it hits directly for a total of 4382 damage while also Poisoning WepArc!

Suddenly, a crash is heard from somewhere. For some reason, it feels like Reggae is responsible...

As the multiplier rises to x7, Joker proceeds to pelt it again, this time for 1878 damage, this time inflicting Blackburn. As the multiplier rises again to x9, Joker pelts it one more time to deal 1461 damage and somehow creating a Bass Cross above WepArc, which is now at a x10 multiplier.

Brickell commands her Monkey Pirates to fire the harpoon at WepArc!

...Which misses.

Feeling awkward about this, Brickell uses Energizer to sink the ship underwater... despite the waters being shallow.

On the plus side, you’ve found the Explode weakness!

...So, the “great” Dr. Albert Wily did forget to mention something. What a surprise...
Ah, put a sock in it!
Worry not, friends! I have a solution to our predicament! A solution, SQUAWK!

Without waiting for a response, Reggae rushes out of the room. Moments later, a crashing sound can be heard down the hall, attracting the attention of the nearby Wily robots.

...I think I have a better solution.

Sergeant Man proceeds to type onto a keyboard.

With my experience in hacking, I can’t turn off the security measures exactly, but I CAN lower the frequencies of the alarm. That way, less robots will take notice of the going-ons.

Another crash is heard.

...Well, in the archives, at least.

Meanwhile, Beta Supremo changes one of the computer screens to that of the ongoing battle in the Archives.

...When you realized there was something programmed to visit the archives room, you followed up with the phrase, “oh no”.
Care to elaborate on what we’re dealing with here?
...
Current Multiplier: x10
414 damage until the next multiplier

Current Alert Meter level: 13%
Currently active assists: Gagaku & Wily AI - 2/3, Reggae - 2/3, Discorded Sergeant - 2/3
*This is due to Joker’s last move technically going after WepArc attacked.

Brickell resubmerges, looking at the Archive with a face of disappointment, muttering about how she should've "just blown the sucker up", scanning the situation thanks to the energizer, Brickell opts to fire her copy capsule to try and snag a useful weapon!

Kris grimaces, rubbing their head from the dropped block, before giving both berdly and noelle a thumbs up, Swinging their sword to perform another x-slash

Berdly, riding the high of getting the first strike on the archives, strikes a pose, before blasting another Tornado shot

burghley Don't fear my subordinates! I, berdly! shall strike down our foe!

Noelle rolls her eyes at berdlys comment, channelling another ice shock!

The sounds of footsteps are heard from behind the player group, as a sudden familiar face is thrown into battle!
i WHAT DID I EVEN DO!?!??!
It's Reficul using Roach Call to bring in (caber toss) Ivlis into the fray!
r Oh. You're all here on my daily stroll again with a few extras... Quaint.
Ivlis, basically being force-thrown into this, decides to try and halt his impeding crash into the Weapons Archive by summoning his Devil's Bident (a two-pronged trident instead of the usual three) and attempting to stab it to stop the flight!
Devil's Bident - wily/cutter, 95% accuracy, 5 WE 85 damage, causes Cracked if enemy has a shield.
Summoned:
Ivlis - flame/wily type
100 Energy
80 Weapon-Energy
