So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Ninja Man Ψ
Core: Swift
Subcore: Nature
Weakness: Time
Resistance: Nature
Abilities: Ninja Katana Ψ Energy Boost Swift Buster

(The damage threshold of this body is also at its peak and the others are dropping like flies. Causality rates will skyrocket by an estimated 20% if the stars align in our favor.)

Stache doesn't look over but notes the hacked WepArc.

...(How'd he get a signal from another dimension? I don't detect him near-)

(Analysis complete. Wep Arc 1-7 have become more unstable as a result of their power increase. Two options: Provide defenses or push them to the brink.)

(...This body will most likely require a reboot, defenses useless. Let's probe for weaknesses. Once enough of them overload, then we can proceed with the plan.)
Stache flicks his wrist as a barrage of stars(Starstorm a) flies towards everyone, using Dord's attack power of course if he's not KOed.

Returning to causing a ruckus, Reggae comes across a computer of sorts.

Huh, I wonder what happens if I pushed this button.

Reggae messes with the computer a bit...
The multiplier has been reset!

...Yeah basically everyone was getting instakilled, so this was the choice needed to be made for a more fair battle.
As Kris anticipates incoming attacks with his Soul Guard, so does WepArc Ness, who phases out of the battle with a 4th-D Slip.

...A move that, by all means, neither he nor any member of his party should know... Hm.

Noticing a sudden difference in speed, Berdly takes advantage of this, avenging his dear fallen deer friend with a Gemini Laser, striking WepArc Cut Man for 85 damage, 107 to WepArc BD, 98 to WepArc Diamond (revealing a Laser weakness in the process), 53 to WepArc Tyr, 50 to WepArc Tatanga, 31 to WepArc Betan, 15 to WepArc Mega T, and 10 to WepArc Demiurge.

Meanwhile, seeing as his Mach Bumper has worn out*, WepArc Cut seizes the opportunity, shredding Dord with Paper-Thin Slices for 5 hits, dealing 5 total damage and inflicting him with Bleed, though takes 3 damage from his Sunburn. At the same time, WepArc BD pulls out the Dual Burner Blades, which then become the Quarteral Burner Blades, striking 3 times for 15 damage and missing the fourth. During this, WepArc Hydra boosts her power with an Attack Mode, which then becomes Attack Mode +, lessening the reduction of her other two stats by 1 stage.

Meanwhile, WepArc Tyr sets his sword ablaze, striking ferociously with a Blazing Blade, dealing 99 damage to Dord, 70 to Stache, 79 to Brickell, 32 to Kris, 99 to Berdly, 70 to Beta Shadow, and 623 to a suddenly-glowing Gytha, disabling both her and Berdly-

Wait, suddenly-glowing?

The devil...?
You need me for someth-

Suddenly, Gytha combusts, dealing 82 damage to WepArc Tyr (stacking on top of the 536 damage from his Sunburn), then a respective 47 and 60 damage to WepArcs Betan and Diamond, followed by an equally respective 24 amd 29 to WepArcs Burning Desire and Lapley.

...Yep, I’d say that warrants letting out a bit of frustration.

WepArc Betan looks over to Beta Shadow.

...That will definitely work.

WepArc Betan’s Hell’s Requiem becomes Hell’s Ravager, which the then uses on Beta Shadow for 73 damage (Poisoning him in the process), whilst Dord puts up another Mach Bumper.

Beta Shadow proceeds to charge his Kamemehameha, taking the moment to talk with Kris.

Hey, I know you’ve got an existential crisis going on with you and all, and I kinda get that, but I hardly think now is the time for this. We and Brickell are the last three on this team, so it’s up to us to pick up Noelle and Nerdly’s slack.
So, I’ll just say this: Don’t forget that you have friends that care about you. And even when it seems you're alone, or not in control... They’ll still be with you, even in the darkest moments.
Now, if you’ll excuse me...

Beta Shadow unleashes the attack, dealing 61 damage to WepArc Betan, 65 to WepArc Hydra, 95 to WepArc Lapley (who turns out to be weak to Level), 88 to WepArc Takuto, 93 to WepArc Trio, and 100 to the Bell of Declaration. However, Beta Shadow also takes 18 Poison damage.

Meanwhile, WepArc Lapley strikes the Advice Ball-marked Dord with a Charmed Cursed Swing to deal 17 damage, while Spectrum Man blasts WepArc Betan with an Ultraviolet Ray, dealing 34 damage and causing Blisters.

WepArc Tatanga then targets Magnet Bomber with a Dive Bomb, dealing 74 damage whilst also dealing 15 recoil damage to himself. Meanwhile, WepArc Mega T strikes Beta Shadow with a Slash Claw for 9 damage.

Meanwhile, the second part of WepArc Demiurge’s Shining Hammer occurs, dealing 53 damage to Alice, 49 to Magnet Bomber, 42 to Starwalker, 10 to Beta Shadow, 4 to Kris, 10 to Spectrum, and 5 to Stache. Afterwards, WepArc Bomberman leaves another Bomber Bomb at Alice’s feet.

Meanwhile, Stache unleashes a PK Starstorm a to probe for weaknesses, dealing 16 damage to WepArc Betan, 11 to Tyr, 20 to WepArc Lapley, 123 to WepArc Cut Man, 16 to WepArc BD, 22 to WepArc Demiurge, 16 to WepArc Trio, 14 to WepArc Lych, 16 to WepArc Mega T, 13 to WepArc Tatanga, 18 to the Bell of Declaration, and 35 to the Pole Vaulting Zombie. While the Bell of Declaration is disabled, however, no weaknesses were found.

WepArc Takuto goes to deal another Memory Blow to Joker, dealing 49 damage and inflicting Forget. This is followed by a Doomsday Quake from WepArc Void Termina, dealing 33 more damage to Joker, followed by 30 to Dord (disabling him), 21 to Stache, 42 to Spectrum, 5 to Brickell, 17 to Kris, 29 to Beta Shadow, 120 to Starwalker, and 141 to Magnet Bomber.

Meanwhile, WepArc Lych prepared a Chained BFB for Brickell, but the PK Starstorm a from earlier caused the BFB to pop, instead splitting into 4 Chained MOABs that hit Brickell for 9 damage, Spectrum Man for 49, and the walls twice for 10500 damage, disabling the walls and causing Bloons to fly out everywhere throughout the entire castle. With the amount of Bloons spread all over the place, one would think a party’s going on.

Anyways, Magnet Bomber strikes WepArcs Demiurge, Bomberman, and Void Termina with another Magnetic Shockwave for 30, 31, and 22 damage, respectively. At the same time, Starwalker lets out a Sleep Mist, which affects WepArcs Betan, T-Verse, Tyr, Lapley, Cut Man, Burning Desire, Demiurge, Takuto, Trio, Zomboss, Mega T, King, Void Termina, Bomberman, and Tatanga, as well as the Pole Vaulting Zombie.

Meanwhile, Alice strikes WepArc Burning Desire twice with a Hailstorm, who seems to resist the Freezing cold, taking 2 damage and glaring at Alice with malicious intent while Joker drinks more Coffee in the background, needing that triple-turn boost because someone forgot his Extra Life in the last turn**.

Meanwhile, WepArc King strikes Kris, Beta Shadow, and Joker with a Clover Bomb for 3, 7, and 8 damage, respectively.

Seriously? The King of Spades using a Clover attack?
Don’t you dare to mock me, “Reaper”! I know not where the attack comes from, but I will still do what I can to exterminate you putrid Lightners.

Meanwhile, WepArc Trio attempts to get Beta Shadow in a Death Grapple, only for Beta Shadow to avoid the attack! Meanwhile, WepArc Zomboss tries to hit Magnet Bomber with a Zombot Iceball, but also misses. Meanwhile, the Pole Vaulting Zombie hits Kris with Zombie Hurt for 1 damage while Brickell unleashes a Mega Mine, hitting Mega T for 576 damage.

Blasted back, Mega T is knocked over to WepArc Quartet, who lifts him up.

Hey, it ain’t over yet! Come on, I need your help with a little something.
You... Need my help?
Well, what I really need is a fourth.
A... fourth?

WepArc Quartet turns WepArc Mega T’s attention to WepArc Zomboss and WepArc King, who WepArc Quartet has also assembled.

...Well... I suppose I’ll help any way I can?
Great! Now, follow my lead!
I find this idea to be ridiculous.
So do I, but whatever gets this over with!

The group proceeds to gather together and pose. Those who participated in the Quartet raid boss may find this particularly familiar.
Multiplier: x4

@Nims2DR : Hey, I just realized

I haven't added it to the Weapons Library yet (because I have a tendency to be lazy in terms of updating these things), but I've already made a Shadow Sneak move for my Banetem character.

Anticipating any ideas to lower her Attack stats, WepArc Diamond puts up an upgraded Stat Dome known as the Stat Barrier while Starwalker puts up a Wing Guard...

...Which fails to protect the Original    being from the incoming attack.

Let’s “cut” to the finish!

WepArc Cut Man drops down the Imperial Guillotine, which immediately disables Stache and Starwalker! Everyone else seems to dodge this attack easily, however...

HAHAHAHAHA!!! Lights out, suckers! AHAHAHA-

...Then, somehow, he accidentally strikes himself, WepArc Demiurge, and WepArc Takuto with the same attack.

Ow.

The WepArcs crash down to the ground... And they don’t seem to be coming back, either.
That’s... unexpected.
...Hmm. Maybe not as unexpected as it may seem...

Those are some very powerful foes that the Weapon Archives have copied. The fact that they were to accurately replicate their data at all- or at least to the extent that they have- is a form of miracle for it.
...And now they’re trying to use the strongest attacks they could manage... Which is risky both for them AND the Weapon Archives.
So, the plan now...?
...To try and withstand the worst.

...Well well. How interesting...
Back to the fight, WepArc BD rises up to the air, with a sun appearing behind him; Beta Shadow sneaks behind this sun to take a piece of it. The sun begins to create a projection of a meadow with children playing; Those from the battle against the original Burning Desire would recognize this scene, and also notice a severe lack of dangerous burning pillars.

Burn... burn... EVERYTHING, BURN!!!!!!!!

WepArc BD unleashes Burn Unto Cinders, striking Joker for 692 damage, Brickell for 167, Beta Shadow for 148, Gytha for 1310, and Alice for 778, disabling Brickell, Gytha, and Alice. The latter two are left with a nasty Blackburn that will occur once they respawn... But the severe damage to Brickell’s ship means that she might not be able to return to the fight for the remainder of it.

This attack also hits WepArc Betan for 92 damage, WepArc Diamond for 156, WepArc Trio for 372, WepArc Ness for 445, WepArc Lych for 467, WepArc Zomboss for 383, WepArc Mega T for 356, and WepArc Queen for 692, with WepArcs Ness and Lych seeming to take too much fire damage to be able to recover.

Gytha also explodes with Bite the Dust again, knocking WepArc BD into a wall for 59 damage, which- combined with the amount of power put into the attack- manages to shut down WepArc Burning Desire for good. The attack also strikes WepArc Tyr for 24 damage, WepArc Hydra for 10, and WepArc Betan for 12.

The disablement of WepArc Mega T seems to create an imbalance for the other four posing in the final attack...

Whoops-

...resulting in WepArc Quartet launching a barrage of explosives into the air... and back down onto himself, WepArc King, and WepArc Zomboss.

You utter fool-!!!

The bombs around them proceed to go off, dealing 84 damage to WepArc Quartet, 17200 to the poorly-defense’d King, and 265 to Zomboss. All three- as well as WepArc Mega T- appear to be completely torn down, with zero chance of recovery...

What A Wipeout LMAO
I Am Totally Posting This On Social Media

Seeing his boss blown to bits, the Pole Vaulting Zombie retreats back underground.

Afterwards, WepArc Tyr proceeds to take the form of a Colossal Shadow, striking down Joker and Magnet Bomber and disabling them!

...Or so it would seem. Since none of the people in the room who knew who Tyr was actually got to see the result of the attack- or the true form of the shadow, for that matter-, no actual damage was dealt from the attack. Instead, It only TRICKS the inflicted targets into thinking they are disabled, with Magnet Bomber losing a turn, and an Extra Life being prematurely activated as though Joker was disabled, except no stats are reset and no HP or WE is recovered. And despite seeming like he is disabled, Magnet Bomber is still able to be targeted.

...Believe me when I say this is explained relatively better in the attack’s proper description.

Regardless, after having attempted to take the form of something unseen, WepArc Tyr proceeds to crash, falling to the ground. ...And for whatever reason, seems to take WepArc Bomberman with it somehow?

After seeing all of this, Betan shrugs and pulls out the Beta Imp he bought.

Keheheheheh...
Fascinating little creature... Go steal from my counterpart over there, won’t you?

The Bimp proceeds to steal Beta Shadow’s single Defense Boost, handing it over to WepArc Betan. Meanwhile, Kris strikes WepArc Lapley 4 times with X-Slashes, dealing 344 damage. Afterwards, Beta Shadow pulls out the piece of the sun he stole from the one generated from WepArc Burning Desire and uses the Sun Throw, which singes WepArc Betan for 41 damage, WepArc Hydra for 35, WepArc Trio for 82, and WepArc Queen for 153, with the latter two being disabled, and WepArc Queen seemingly unable to recover...

Heheh... Time for MY powerful attack!

WepArc Lapley charges a powerful electric attack, then warps in front of Spectrum Man as if prepared to strike him head-on, filling Spectrum with fear...

...Boop! Gotcha!~

...Only to lower the powerful electricity into that of a harmless static shock, revealing itself as a fake-out move known as Stage Fright. Regardless, the flinch of Fear caused by the fake-out causes Spectrum to lose his turn.

The newcomer Crossbow Master, seeing his original target has been dealt with already, decides to change his target to WepArc Void Termina, striking it with a Crossbow Charge for 55 damage. Somehow, a certain Cross appears from this.

Surprised at the newcomer, WepArc Tatanga launches a Pagosu Rocket at Crossbow Master, missing the initial rocket and instead hitting him- and Magnet Bomber- with the weaker rockets for 15 and 34 damage, respectively. In retaliation- and seeing as WepArc Zomboss is already down- Magnet Bomber blasts WepArc Tatanga with Dragon Thunder, dealing 36 damage.
