So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Ninja Man Ψ
Core: Swift
Subcore: Nature
Weakness: Time
Resistance: Nature
Abilities: Ninja Katana Ψ Energy Boost Swift Buster

(We're not even in the same-)
Look, could someone just PLEASE grab the blueprints so we can get out of here!?
Already got it! Got it, SQUAWK!

Reggae appears in the room, holding Ninja Man Psi's blueprints.

Good. At least SOMEONE remembers the mission after all this excitement!
Sheesh, calm down, geezer! A lot has happened, cut these guys some slack!
...Though, you have one solid point; Let's get outta this crazy castle so we can fix up Ninja Man.

Reggae proceeds to lead the group out of the castle.
...Meanwhile, in the shadows where nobody can notice...

Well, ain't this a sight... Now with those annoying Archives offline, we can finally TRASH this dump!
Tell me about it; The old man's laboratories were always an eyesore to me.
Heh, I can't argue with you there... But I was mostly referring to this Universe. It's about time we gave it the Apocalypse treatment, like with those other worlds, don't you think?
Indeed... But not yet. Let's wait for those "heroes" to leave, first.
...Hm, fair... Those heroes would be hard to beat...

The figure smiles a sinister grin.

...But I'd STILL like to try sometime.
...By the way, an aside on the to-be-added Archives Sigil:

When using the sigil, you will NOT be able to use ANY moves from the WepArcs that are based off of past raid bosses; The moves used by those WepArcs will instead be usable by the Sigils linked to the Raid Bosses the WepArcs are based off of.

Instead, when using the Archives Sigil, you will INSTEAD use the moves from both the additional WepArcs (WepArc Queen, WepArc Lych, etc.), as well those of Weapon Archive MKII's FIRST phase.

Finally, when it comes to using either a past sigil or the Archive sigils (wherever applied), you are NOT allowed to use the final attack-type moves of the Archives.

That'll be all.

Black WarGreymon: Let's go. We don't what the others are doing. Beside, we left Ninja Man lying there for a while.

Magolor: Yeah, we should get back to our world. After we help Ninja Man, we will figure out what to do next.

Sarah look around

Sarah Oasis: You think that "rainbow god" know what we did? He might think we're still not worthy.

Princess Daisy: No idea...and thanks Cloudy.

Before everyone leaves, the sound of a drawer being forced open echoes through the silent castle. As it's slammed back, a P can be seen on it. The culprit, Stache...simply kneels besides the WepArc TRBF once possessed and, holding onto both it and a set of documents, simply disappears into a black smoke.
Dungeon Site

*WOW*!

Through a small barred window, TRBF can be seen bouncing off the walls in pure excitement, litterly!

*THAT WAS SO AWESOME I'M SCARED I'M GONNA BLOW A FUSE!*

I mean...sure that one Weapon Archive that was a real party pooper. Yup, the Beta Satan one. I mean, I doubt the real one would've called me a SIMP! *bleh* It's The Raid Boss Fan, not The Raid Boss Simp. That just sounds wrong. NOT to mention innacurate. Well...you know what a simp is and you know I'm FAR from it, right? Right. Now...sure the real Beta Satan was probably a jerk (based on how accurate those Wep-Arcs tend to be) and sure he destroyed...well, EVERYTHING! But...

If it wasen't for him, I have a feeling I wouldn't even be here, crazy as that sounds, right Cut Man Dummy?

*Cut Man Noise*

...Yeah. Point is, he can't be all that bad if there are now so many new cool people here! Diamond, T Quartet, Cut, Tyr, their all SO cool! But for Beta Satan...he did kill alot of bad people...good ones too though. And though he is a bad person probably...he's probably less of one than those murder hobos. *SIGH* Well it's as I never say till now but always thought of...

Just because someone's done bad things donse-

*SWOOP*

Huh? Oh it's you. ...You know I'm still mad at you ri-

The door swings open, starling the robot. Stunned in shock, he catches the sphere-like object thrown into him;

a Wep-Arc.

Why do you care if I...I mean sure I can fix it and still pilot it but-
Before he can finish, the doors slam close once more. Staring down at the noticably smaller device, a shooting star can be seen passing by the sky...as well an another star seeming growing larger and larger.

(Simple, level adjustments for new players entering, due to a good chunk of player's level being at the 10's... 'cept for me... I'm still at the single digits of levels...)
Kid Goku then looks around the new place he entered, looking around for something...
k Hey guys, uh... I got a question... is there anything to eat around here?
The small boy's stomach starts to growl, causing him to start looking kind of weak for the lack of better words.

Okay, methinks level ups shouldn't be something you can give to other people. Especially since stuff like what IDK's trying to pull could easily screw up the balance of the game.

Also, ya need Gym Memberships instead of Coupon Booklets for Level Ups, so now IDK's gonna need four times the Zenny he would've for that purchase.
