Drench Man looks up from a newspaper he's reading to see the hole in the wall.

Drench Man goes into a supply closet and comes out with what appears to be a spare buster from Concrete Man. Whether this was borrowed, stolen, or given to him is anyone's guess. In any case, he uses this spare buster to fill the hole with cement.

He grabs 1000z from the restaurant's money vault, and goes up to Blast Man, casually grabbing all of his 1527 zenny.
