Proto's Journey
20XX, after the events of Mega Man 11...
3 years have passed since Dr.Wily's last attack. Scared of so many robot attacks, humanity decides that creating self-capable robots was a bad idea, so they started to make riots to deactivate all of them... the governments decide to follow the population's desire, and gives 72 hours for all robots to be shut down... However, all robots begin to attack those who come to shut them down, causing many deaths worldwide. They are eventually defeated though. All robots but those who were hidden were shut down. Except Mega Man, Roll and Dr.Light's support robots, who were preserved due to the countless times they helped humanity.
ProtoMan does not agree with this, but prefers to hide in the shadows and fake his "death" by placing a dataless body equal to his in the middle of the city.

Until suddenly... All robots who hided from humans begin to strike once again, and Mega Man is unarmed to resist them! He is kidnapped, reprogrammed, and now helps the remaining robots in their revenge... but Proto Man does not agree with all of this. He wants revenge in humanity, but not by causing its extinction.With the help of Dr.Cossack, he must act to stop the rogue robots from interrupting his revenge!

1st mission- Stop YamatoMan from destroying Cossack's Lab!

Turn 1- Yamato Man suddenly shows up and tries to take down Cossack's Lab! He fires countless Yamato Spears, but ProtoMan reflects most of them back at him.

Give up, Yamato Man! You have no chance against me!
Ichido mo nai!(Never!)
Proto Man finishes off yamato man, copying Yamato spear.

After YamatoMan's fall, ProtoMan receives a transmission:
???: You seem to be rather powerful, Proto Man. I could make great use of your power. Why don't you join us!?
No thanks. You accuse the humans of trying to dispose us. I agree with that and i WILL get my revenge. But annhilating them? Not only are you making the same mistake they made with us, you're ALSO being severe. It's not like all humans wanted this!
Alright, then. If you side with the humans, you will dbe destroyed. My troops are already taking care of several locations... if you dare, you may try to stop them. But everytime you take one of us down, 2 show up.
Dr.Cossack contacts ProtoMan, seemingly in a hurry...

I mean, okay? I don't see the part where that's MY problem. I mean, I don't agree with this, but it's not like they don't deserve it. They tried the same with us. We need to focus on the main objective:destroy their leader so they get disoriented. It's as they said: You take one down, two show up.

Proto Man starts speaking loud, cutting off Dr.Cossack and agressively pointing his finger to Cossack's chest.
I'm doing the EXACT thing they did to us robots. They can't just create and destroy us like we're toys just because they made us! ...I'll see what I can do to hold them and locate their base. But let it be known, when this is all over, you humans have two options:
Treat us the same way you treat each other, seeing us as conscious beings like we are, or meet their end like they wanted us to meet ours.

...Yep. That "Proto MKII" fellow is gone now, possibly for good! ...Well, maybe. You can't quite tell with these guys. Though, it's probably safe to assume that you won't have to deal with him ever again. Though, if you ask me, I don't really think he'd be too interested in chasing you guys down, anyways.
