they won't spawn on the star path, the random masters thing, and when I try to beat them on the special challenges they just one shot my whole team.

I found Yamatoman in a Cutter field. Aim for Cutter fields to find him. About Chargeman, I think the only way is the challenge. But I'm not sure, try to aim for Swift-type stars and maybe he will show up. Then scan and buy.

@QuintAnother : This was before other robots were added; they are now apart of the Star Fields meaning they are easy to get now.
