So, your Division 3 winner is an X series character who beat 2 Classic characters and a BN character before finally winning the 3rd Grand Division entry.

OK, I'm putting the kibosh on abstaining, right now. Doc's votes were counted, this time, but, a new rule has been added to the opening post saying that if you vote, you must vote in ALL currently running battles, or your vote won't count, PERIOD; I don't wanna have that happening--a tie could be happen because of a withdrawn vote, and then, it's up to me to break that tie, and controversy 'cause someone only voted in 3 battles. I don't wanna have THAT kind of controversy in this.
I got lucky 'cause it didn't matter, but, I don't want that situation happening, so, that's why I'm putting a halt on it, now.
