Based on an unused security robot design, Dr. Wily outfitted each unit of the Crazy Cannon series with a weaker variant of the Tachyon Capacitor used in the construction of Flash Man. Said capacitor allows the Crazy Cannon to fire quantum energy shots faster than the speed of light. |
